The State of 路易斯安那州 requires a license to work as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.

The Medical Laboratory 技术 (MLT) program meets the educational requirements to become a licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist in the State of 路易斯安那州.

We have not made a determination for the following States*: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, 和王寅.

Students graduating from the Medical Laboratory 技术 (MLT) program are eligible to sit for an MLT Certification Exam.

An individual is eligible for a license upon successful completion of the MLT program, passing a national registry exam, and completing the required State application.

Graduates of the MLT program are eligible to be certified as Medical Laboratory Technicians by passing either of the following 认证 exams: American Medical Technologists (AMT) or American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).

Students graduating from the 药学技术人员 (PT) program meet the educational requirements to become a Certified 药学技术人员 (CPhT) in the State of 路易斯安那州.

We have not made a determination for the following States*: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, 和王寅. 

Students graduating from the PT program are eligible to sit for the 药学技术人员 Certification Exam.

Students graduating from the PT program are eligible to take either the 药学技术人员 Certification Exam (PTCE) or the 药学技术人员 Certification (CPhT) 认证 examinations.  The 药学技术人员 program is a 路易斯安那州 Board of Pharmacy approved training program.   

To be eligible to be licensed as a 药学技术人员 in 路易斯安那州, an individual must be a graduate of a 路易斯安那州 Board of Pharmacy, pass a national 认证 exam, and complete 600 hours of on-site training with a pharmacist.  Graduates of the PT program will complete 210 of the 600 required hours at the time of graduation.

The State of 路易斯安那州 requires a license to work as a Radiologic Technologist.

The Radiologic 技术 program meets the educational requirements to become a licensed Radiologic Technologist in the State of 路易斯安那州.

We have not made a determination for the following States*: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, 和王寅.

Students graduating from the Radiologic 技术 program are eligible to apply for permission to take the American Registry of Radiologic 技术 (ARRT) Certification Exam in the State of 路易斯安那州.

Licensure requires a graduate from a Radiologic Technologist program, to take and pass the ARRT, and to successfully fulfill all State licensing requirements.

The 外科手术技术 program meets the educational requirements to become a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in the State of 路易斯安那州.

We have not made a determination for the following States*: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, 和王寅.

Students graduating from the 外科手术技术 program are eligible to sit for the CST 认证 exam in the State of 路易斯安那州. The granting of the degree is not contingent upon the passing of any external 认证 exam.

Graduates of 外科手术技术 programs accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) are eligible to sit for the Surgical Technologist 认证 exam administered by the National Board of 外科手术技术 and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).  Neither the CST 认证 nor licensing is required by the State of 路易斯安那州.

Graduation does not guarantee eligibility to sit for licensure, 认证, or registry exams. Please understand that licensure and 认证 eligibility can be affected by unlawful events that take place after acceptance into a program. As part of the licensure, 认证, and registration application process, arrest and court records of final adjudication for any offense other than a minor traffic violation may be submitted to credentialing agency for review. Applicants who have been convicted of a felony and whose civil rights have not been restored may be considered incomplete by the College until documentation of restoration of civil rights is received. 

Licensing and 认证 requirements vary by State. Students who relocate to another State during their enrollment may or may not satisfy the eligibility criteria to obtain a professional license or 认证 in that State.
